Standard Limited Warranty  

5280 Vinyl warrants your install for a period of 1 year or 24 months from the date of install. Please note that the Standard Limited Warranty is subject to provisions and limitations contained in this Limited Warranty Policy.

Standard Limited Warranty Type of Coverage: 

• Bubbles
• Lifts
• Peeling 

Replacement, at 5280’s option, will be furnished if the product , upon 5280 Vinyl’s inspection, is found to be properly installed, adjusted, used, maintained in accordance with 5280 Vinyls user care guide provided with each product and/or available online. 

Any such replacements will be made at no charge to the original purchaser, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation, lodging, meat and/or personal costs they may incur in the process. 

This Limited Warranty Policy does not apply to malfunctions caused by: (i) normal wear and tear, (ii) unreasonable use, misuse, neglect, abuse, and/or insufficient maintenance according to the care guide provided at the time of sale or by 5280 Vinyl through e-mail, (iii) installation, repair and/or service by unauthorized persons, (iv) motor vehicle accidents and collisions,  (v) prolonged exposure to chemicals which include but are not limited to kerosene, gasoline, ethanol, ethyl acetate, toluene, benzene, isopropyl alcohol, denatured alcohol, acetone, strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidizers, surfactants, and agricultural chemicals, and  (vi) modifications, customizations and/or alterations to the Product or installation, made without the express written permission of Alchemy.
